Our Services
I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner in the state of Texas. We offer psychiatric consultation, individual psychotherapy with and without medication management, and medication management. We use evidence-based practices for both psychotherapy and psychopharmacology. We are conservative in the use of psychotropic medications and prescribe it only if clinically warranted. Mood can be significantly impacted by nutrition and fitness. We use a holistic approach which includes, evidence-based practice as well as the use of supplements, exercise, and nutrition to maintain a healthy emotional state of mind. If you have an individual therapist, we offer medication management in close collaboration with your therapist. We offer medication management and psychotherapy including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Existential Therapy and Interpersonal Therapy.
